The BBJ MAX family is based on Boeing’s 737 MAX airplane and is capable of flying 7,000 nautical miles (12,964 km). Furthermore, the BBJ MAX has a better fuel efficiency thanks to advanced engines and improved aerodynamics. The aircraft also features 787-style flight deck displays and multiple advanced new systems.
At the moment, customers from around the world have placed orders for 20 BBJ MAX airplanes, including all three models: the BBJ MAX 7, BBJ MAX 8, and BBJ MAX 9. Most recently, Seacons Trading Ltd announced it is purchasing a BBJ MAX 7 at the Farnborough International Airshow 2018.
Since its launch in 1996, Boeing Business Jets has delivered 234 jets of various types.
