Germania, a privately owned German airline, will station an Airbus A319 at the airport of Pristina, the capital city of Kosovo, in March 2019.
The airline is already offering flights from Pristina to Munich, Dusseldorf, Basel-Mulhouse and Verona, but plans to expand its existing local offer by adding new connections for the summer season 2019. In cooperation with Air Prishtina, new routes to Stuttgart, Hamburg and Hanover will be offered. Both airlines are working together since 2012 on routes between Germany and Kosovo.
Together with Bulgarian Eagle and its Swiss subsidiary Germania Flug AG, Germania operates with 37 aircraft. In detail, the fleet includes Airbus A319 and A321 jets, as well as Boeing 737-700s. The airline ordered 25 Airbus A320neo airplanes, which will be delivered from 2020.
