Low-cost carrier Thai AirAsia X has received its first Airbus A330-900neo aircraft, which is leased from lessor Avolon.
Thai AirAsia X currently has an all-Airbus A330 fleet of ten Airbus A330-300s. A second Airbus A330neo is scheduled to join the fleet by the end of the year. The airline’s first Airbus A330neo was unveiled during the Paris Air Show 2019 in June.

All airlines of the AirAsia Group operate an all-Airbus fleet of A320 family and A330 aircraft. Furthermore, the Group has additional A320neo, A321neo and A330neo jets on order. It is the largest customer of the A330neo aircraft type.
